THE DESIGN PROCESS
01.
Initial
Consultation (Free)
We come and visit the location of the project for a meeting to establish the brief.
02.
Planning and
Building Regulations
We undertake a full measured survey (if required) and prepare plans as existing. We will then undertake designs to achieve planning permission and then building control approval.
03.
Tender and
Construction Stage
We provide further detailing to the drawings and a tender specification. We then obtain builders quotations on your behalf. Once appointed we will manage the whole project on site for you.
04.
Project
Completion
Upon completion we will snag the building to ensure the client receives the best quality building. Depending on which contract is used, a defects rectification period will be required, when the snagging process is completed again at 6/12months from completion.
